Progressive Downloader — The Plus Mode

This Plus mode1 is a way to say thank you for spending a few dollars to support the project. It gives you access to new advanced features:

Use dedicated process for each download task – a more robust and aggressive way to download files.
Complete integration with Apple Safari, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox – the easiest way to replace the built-in download manager with Progressive Downloader.
Configurations – use separate settings for different Wi-Fi networks or browsers.
Working mirror search – search the Internet for an alternative source of a file that cannot be found using the link provided.
SMB and AFP support in File Browser - operate with SMB and AFP resources in the built-in File Browser.
Instant video downloads – download video hosting platforms without delays2. Currently supported platforms: flickr.com, imgur.com, instagram.com, reddit.com, tiktok.com, youtube.com and more.

How to Enable

Open the Plus tab, click Enable Plus Features 3 and follow the steps on screen.

1. The Plus mode is fully available only in the version of the app available on the website. If you want the Plus tab, install the latest version of the app from www.macpsd.net

2. Non-plus users can download from YouTube only and may have to wait up to 12 hours before the next video starts downloading.
